Huskers have beaten the teams currently ranked #'s 4,5,6,10,13,14,15,16,and 18. They will play #'s 3,9 and 11 yet this season. Remarkable that they have only one loss #12 SMU. Pitt lost its first this weekend also to SMU but they beat SMU earlier at home. Pitt is still ranked #1 but Nebraska is close on their heels. I don't see Nebraska winning out the regular season. Too many tough away games. A top four seed is likely without more than 1 additional loss.

We have everyone exactly where we want them. We always peak near the tourney. I actually think we win the B1G this year as Wisconsin is down and I just think we are head an shoulders above everyone else. Penn St. will probably give us a run and the time change at Oregon might suck, but I like where this team is at. We trust in the cowboy!

I didn't realize Pitt played SMU twice. 'Lucky' them.

Anything short of a Final Four appearance by the Huskers would be a let down... maybe even a return to the Title game. Cook says these days he tries to appreciate & enjoy the journey. I hope so. The journey this year looks tough.
