The K-State coaching tree shows why they have a better basketball history than comparable Nebraska. The coaches I remember, Jack Hartman, Lon Krueger (last year OU final 4), Dana Altman, (Oregon 17 final 4) , Bob Huggins, ((West Virginia sweet 16), Frank Martin, (South Carolina 17 Final 4), and now Bruce Weber, successful at Illinois. Easy to see why we can't even make the tournament, coaching matters and our neighbors at KU, KSU and ISU have done better.
