Typical QB list - seven of the 15 were no longer with the team they signed with in 2018.

Only five of the 15 were starters for D-1 schools last year.

The #5 guy will be one of the top QBs taken in this year's NFL Draft.

Nebraska signed the #7 guy on this list - he's now in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Now at Washington after missing most of 2017 with a knee injury

1.) Jacob Eason, Georgia; 5-stars, 6.1 RR, #7 on the Rivals 100, #1-overall prospect in Washington state;
Transferred to Washington last February and sat out the 2018 season due to NCAA transfer regs; Was UGa's starting QB in 2016 and threw for 2,430 yards with 16 touchdowns and eight interceptions that season; Suffered a knee injury in the 2017 season opener which forced him to miss the remainder of the season, giving way to Jake Fromm, who went on to lead the Bulldogs to the National Championship game - hence, Eason's transfer to U-Dub.

2.) K.J. Costello, Stanford; 4-stars, 6.0 RR, #54 on the Rivals 100, 12th-best prospect in California;
Stanford's starter and was 2nd-team All-Pac 12 in 2018; Wrested the starting QB job away from incumbent Keller Chryst midway through the 2017 season; Started 7 games and appeared as a backup in four other games in 2017; Is 393-of-624 for 5,113 yards and 43 TDs against 15 INTs through two seasons.

3.) Feleipe Franks, Florida; 4-stars, 6.0 RR, #57 on the Rivals 100, 10th-best prospect in Florida;
Two-year starter for the Gators; Was 188-of-322 for 2,457 yards and 24 TDs against 6 INTs in 2018; Started 8 games for the Gators in 2017, throwing for 1,438 yards with nine touchdowns and eight interceptions on the season; Redshirted in 2016.

4.) Austin Kendall, Oklahoma; 4-stars, 5.9 RR, #77 on the Rivals 100, 5th-best prospect in North Carolina; Transferring to West Virginia this spring and will be eligible to play this year; Was Kyler Murray's backup in 2018, appearing in six games; Redshirted in 2017; Appeared in two games as a backup QB in 2016; Leaves OU with 265 yards passing and 3 TDs.

5.) Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State; 4-stars, 5.9 RR, #100 on the Rivals 100, 3rd-best prospect in Maryland;
Was first-team All-Big Ten in his only year as a starter; Completed 373 of 533 passes (70%) for 4,831 yards and 50 TDs against 8 INTs on the season; Served as J.T. Barrett's backup in 2017 and was the reason behind Joe Burrow transferring last spring; Appeared in 8 games in 2017, completing 40-of-57 passes (70.2%) for 565 yards and 4 TDs against one INT; Redshirted in 2016; Declared early for the 2019 NFL Draft.

6.) Brandon Peters, Michigan; 4-stars, 5.9 RR, #158 on the Rivals 250, 3rd-best prospect in Indiana;
Appeared in five games as Michigan's 3rd-string QB in 2018; Appeared in six games in 2017 and was sidelined for awhile with a concussion; Redshirted in 2016; Has thrown for 680 yards and 4 TDs so far in his career.

7.) Patrick O'Brien, Nebraska; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, #175 on the Rivals 250, 34th-best prospect in California;
Transferred to Colorado State last spring; Appeared in 3 games in 2017 as Tanner Lee's backup, and redshirted in 2016; Threw for 192 yards on 18-of-30 passing as a Husker.

Led East Mississippi CC to the JUCO national championship

8.) Messiah deWeaver, Michigan State; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, #178 on the Rivals 250, 5th-best prospect in Ohio;
Now at East Mississippi Community College where he led their team to the 2018 JUCO national championship; Appeared in two games in 2017 as Michigan State's 3rd-string QB and did not attempt a pass; Redshirted in 2016; Signed to play for Old Dominion in 2019.

9.) Jack Allison, UMiami; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, #205 on the Rivals 250, 28th-best prospect in Florida; Now at West Virginia, where he was Will Grier's backup in 2018; Threw for 352 yards and a TD in seven games last season; Sat out the 2017 season due to NCAA transfer regs; Redshirted in his only season at Miami.

10.) Jake Zembiec, Penn State; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, #1-overall prospect in New York state; Medically retired last August, having never played a down at Penn State.

11.) Zach Smith, Baylor; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, 41st-best prospect in Texas;
Transferred to Tulsa last January, where he was reunited with Philip Montgomery, the guy who recruited him to Baylor; Sat out 2018 due to NCAA transfer regs; Appeared in 18 games through two seasons at Baylor, starting 10 games; Threw for 1,471 yards and 8 TDs in 2017.

12.) Jake Bentley, South Carolina; 4-stars, 5.8 RR, 13th-best prospect in Alabama;
Took over as the Gamecocks' starting quarterback midway through his true freshman season in 2016 and hasn't looked back; Through three seasons he is 610-of-972 (63%) for 7,385 yards and 54 TDs against 30 INTs.

13.) Aidan Smith, Northwestern; 3-stars, 5.7 RR, 5th-best prospect in Indiana; Has appeared in one game over three years at Northwestern and enters this spring buried on their depth chart.

14.) Deuce Wallace, Vanderbilt; 3-stars, 5.7 RR, 11th-best prospect in Tennessee; Was suspended for the entire 2018 season for an undisclosed violation of team rules; Was Vandy's 2nd-string QB in 2017 and threw for 94 yards that season; Redshirted in 2016; His offensive coordinator this year will be former Husker Gerry Gdowski.

15.) Ian Book, Notre Dame; 3-stars, 5.7 RR, 57th-best prospect in California;
Took over starting duties in last year's Wake Forest game and led the Irish to the College Football Playoff semifinal game; Backup to Brandon Wimbush in 2017; Redshirted in 2016; Through two seasons is 260-for-389 (67%) for 3,084 yards and 23 TDs against 11 INTs and also has 487 rushing yards and 4 rushing TDs.
