You don’t get it. In a big company and Nebraska or Iowa football etc .. is a big company. You mess with an intern even consensual is considered sexual harassment and you will be fired 100 percent of the time.

If you fool around with coworkers at a real company, it’s best if you love each other enough to get married and do so. Because one or both of you is likely to get fired. And then you at least have each other.
