The players love playing for him. Let's not be a nickel and dime program. We can afford to pay more than FSU who will be stuck in the ACC and trying to afford a massive buyout of not only the head coach but their entire affiliation with the ACC.

If he isn't crazy about living in Lincoln and doesn't like the weather in the Midwest what will throwing money at him accomplish?
Let him go. If Rhule wants to truly turn this around a purge of both staff and players is required.
Not sure if it's too late already or not. But I would have been hinting at prepping a Co-DC title change for him a long time ago. Think we should do likewise for Dvoracek. Don't want to send the message that we're looking out for your career interests only after you've already got a foot out the door.
If he doesn’t want to be here then let him go
If the stories about Cooper are true, he should have been upset with Cooper, not Rhule.
There's some talk on other message boards about Cooper possibly joining White (and maybe Knighton) at FSU. That would be interesting.
