Sipples pep talk this morning had more negativity than encouragement. The kids can't save their coach but there is plenty for them to work for. They can send the handful of seniors out on a positive note by just having fun playing their hearts out in front of thousands of fans. The underclassmen have spots to win on next year's team and can make the most out of experience from our remaining games. There is still a possibility of a bowl game even if they just win this one. There might not be many tangible goals remaining but I think Mike Riley has the integrity to put these things out front regardless of his own fate. I am excited for this game today. I will be looking for individual improvements and hoping for another win

You're wrong, IF these kids figure out how to beat Penis st. or Io_a, despite these coaches, they in fact WOULD deserve to go to a bowl. That's a B1G IF, though. Oh, ASSuming they leave Minne with a win today. That's a B1G ASS.
