How can we keep giving plaudits to A Moore when he drops more passes than the other WR combined?

I cannot recall a WR dropping more balls, yet Moore is in nearly every write-up on this site,.

Maybe he has a ton of potential, but stone hands... Anyone see this guy in person actually catch the ball? He must have dropped 15 last year.
