Stanford looking for a new coach

Jim Leonhard was just promoted to Asst. Head Coach of the Broncos, but I think he would be a great fit at Stanford. They are not going to win a Natty, but usually can recruit a great, smart QB. Leonhard's D could be a nice combo. He may be holding his cards for a better gig in the BIG.
I don't know if this case is going to affect the evolution of college football GMs going forward. In this case, Stanford's AD just announced he is stepping down, so it is unique to this case.
How smart is Taylor? He has previously received a warning and a financial penalty for his conduct towards females. It is 2025, so don't even get involved in this stuff. Assign an assistant to deal with all female staff, colleagues and student managers. Don't give the University any reason to investigate your treatment of female employees. In other words, I think Taylor deserved to be fired for being STUPID.
Interesting choice -- Frank Reich.
In 2025 if someone is popular enough, some people will overlook pretty much anything. But if you go 3-9 twice, you are gone.
Reich is the coach that Carolina hired after firing Rhule. He is also the first NFL head coach to be fired midseason in back to back years.
I wonder what it feels like to be so terrible at your profession that you only get bad jobs and yet you're rich beyond your wildest dreams? I think I could live with it.
Nobody is overlooking anything when it comes to misconduct with females. Ryan Day Kirby Smart . Etc would be fired just like this guy.
It depends. Winning coaches and star athletes have always had a longer leash.
To my knowledge Frank Reich will only be a place holder for this season. Gives Andrew Luck plenty of time for the end of season coaching carousel.
