Don't spend a lot of time in Omaha at all, but will be there on St. Patty's Day. Going to a concert that night, but thinking of making a day of it. Is it a pretty good party all day or no? I'm guessin the Dubliner is the place to be but also super packed (which I'm fine with). Thanks.
