No, the point of football is to defeat, destroy, demoralize and beat the guy across from you. It isn't a "moral" game...it is a violent game about dominance...win by as much as possible and get you 2nd string in so they can continue to dominate. It seems strange to ask a guy to be violent, to physical and mentally dominate an opponent, but do it quietly...but I can understand that a person who plays like that might be attractive.
