He looks ok. However, the locking on to one receiver is going to cause issues.. He has done this his whole career. Easy to tell by the tape. Might be a serious issue. Time will tell. Either way, good luck to the kid. But I have doubts.
There is nothing that says he cannot improve in this area, especially with good coaching. Sims is as athletically gifted as any QB in the BIG and maybe in all of college football. He also has been game-tested in the P5 competition. I think Rhule was ecstatic to get him to join the Huskers especially for the offense he wants to run.He looks ok. A good run game can do that.I think he'll he okay if we tailor to his skillset. The problem will be keeping him healthy the whole season. I don't have much faith in Purdy or HH.
Armstrong was the last QB to play in every game actuallyWhen was the last time we had a QB stay healthy all season? I’m guessing Tanner Lee but his days at NU were so bad, it’s kind of blocked from my memory… before that, I really could tell you the next QB
It’s not a given a the starting QB will miss games do to injuries but it sure as hell seems that way lately. We are past due for a break here
And that’s a problem.Armstrong was the last QB to play in every game actually
Armstrong would have played with a missing limb.Armstrong was the last QB to play in every game actually
Warrior. I think Sims will be too. Let's hope his season is more like Armstrong's junior year than his senior year - health wise.Armstrong would have played with a missing limb.
