...for the 2018 recruiting cycle.
Since the Rivals Network does not have a Nose Guard classification in their database search function, for our 3-4 Defense purposes, I have included all prospects for 2018 that currently weigh in at 340+ lbs and are 6'2" tall and under.
It seems to be the general consensus on these hallowed scrolls that the Nose Guard spot needs to be manned by a middle-clogging man-child and we need to focus on this type of finely tuned athlete going forward into the new DCBD era. Lucky for us, a few of these boys are in parts of the country that we have had historical recruiting success or have recently made inroads. Feast your eyes, brothers:
Royal Sitagata DT 6'2" 365
Stockton, CA

Isaiah Bolden DT 6'2" 360
Sikclerville, NJ

Robert Cooper DT 5.9 6'2" 350
Snellville, GA

Antonio Mafi DT 6'1" 340
San Mateo, CA

And my two favorites. These young boys are custom built to clog the middle and make the opposing center's life a living heck!
Hunter Wicker DT 5'10" 347
Adamsville, TN

Keelan Oatis DT 5'10" 342
Dickinson, TX

PLEASE NOTE: That I am aware of the two Top 100 prospects from St. Louis. However, at 6'3" and 6'4" in height and 295 and 273 in weight, respectively, they are currently too tall and skinny to play heads up on the center at NG, IYAM.
