Looks to be another last second game....will it be in our favor this time?

Worst pass defense I have ever seen. We are not last in the country for no reason.

It's the coaching. The team could cover last year

Instead of giving up 408, we give their QB 2 long runs and let him torch us in the air

Yes, I fully realize Northwestern record but alas their record doesn't make unbearable, nor doesn't mean we can't dominate. We are playing a team of 3 stars.

I think it's interesting people think we stopped the pass last year. Go look at the numbers teams like Miami put up against us through the air. Teams like Wisconsin didn't need to pass against us, because they could run for 400 yards.

You realize that last year we dropped 7 into coverage and is why we couldn't stop the run. This year we're playing 7 against the run and our defensive backs aren't good enough to play man to man and is why we can't stop the pass. It's a talent issue. We don't have enough of it to defend both.
