Sarbaugh and Mapieu question

Say we drop below the 85 limit after spring and both these guys qualify. Could we still take them on a scholarship, or are they locked into Iowa western since they signed, LOIs

They are not locked in at IWCC. But I would not expect them to be in Lincoln until 2019 at the earliest. I don't this Mapieu will ever be, but if he blows up at IWCC I suppose there is a chance.
