I understand saying your going to wait until the season is over to evaluate your coach, BUT if there is even a chance your going to be looking for a new coach I would be talking to the coaches agents of your top 3 choices & have an agreement with one of them just in case you do get rid of your coach. These agreements aren't worth the paper they are typed on but at least it gives the University an idea of their true options. Firing a coach without truly knowing where your next coach will come from is a great way to get fired as an AD. Be over prepared.
