Frost's offense likes a good pass catching TE. TE stats at UCF this year:
Blocking is important, but in this offense the pass catching abilities might be wanted a little more, so which of these guys have the best hands and speed?
I just watched the highlights from the UCF Auburn game and every single offensive highlight in the video had only one TE on the field (Akins) and he went out for a pass every single time. He lined up next to the tackle only about half the time. He was split out 2 - 4 yards when he wasn't up against the tackle.

These guys have the height to catch some balls over some LBs and safeties. I am not sure about the speed of each of them though. After watching those highlights, I would bet that the best "wide receiver" of the TEs plays the most snaps.
