It appears 4-star OL Jarrett Bell is no longer planning to make a commitment this evening and is thinking about taking an official visit to Tennessee.
As far as I know, head coach Scott Frost and OL coach Greg Austin are still planning to have an in-home visit with Bell this evening. Perhaps they change Bell's mind?

Cameron Taylor will be officially visiting Nebraska this weekend with his parents, and his last official visit will be to Missouri on February 2. Taylor said that those are his two favorite schools as of this time.
He has Missouri coaches coming for an in-home visit this evening, and he is expecting Nebraska coaches Erik Chinahander and Travis Fisher either Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Last week, it was head Coach Scott Frost and Coach Chinahander who came to his home.
He said the Husker staff likes him a lot for their defense, and what he is most looking forward to on his trip to Nebraska this weekend is to see what kind of city Lincoln is.

Nebraska is the latest to offer 2019 Baldwin, Fla. OT Howard Allen. The 6-foot-5, 280-pound Allen already has an impressive list of offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, etc. He will be a national recruit.

Nebraska head coach Scott Frost stopped by Quartz Hill, Calif. this morning to see QB/ATH Matthew Tago. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound Tago is set to visit NU this coming weekend. He took an official visit to Oregon State over the weekend.
Frost is expected to make the rounds in California today, including having an in-home with 4-star OL Jarrett Bell this evening. Coincidentally, Bell is set to announce his decision tonight.
