Let’s say, hypothetically, you just won your conference championship on Dec 3 and were announced as head coach the following day, Dec 4. You have a little over 2 weeks until the early signing period and about 2 months until signing day in February. Currently we sit at 9 verbal commits and, for the sake of this exercise, want 11 more to fill out a class of 20. What is your strategy?
