Yea, there were rumors about Raiola to OSU but it sounds like OSU is really happy with Sayin and he will be their next superstar QB. You can cross OSU off the list

I am pretty sure outside of the Indiana game our Defense has been good... I mean it was 13-7 in the 1st half. Not saying they didn't give up a ton of yards, but 13 points is not number we shouldn't be able to overcome.
The game changed when the 1st play of the second half was a pick 6, and that had nothing to do with the defense. Then out side of the ONE long pass play, or defense stepped up. That pass happened right after our offense went there after that pick 6 and went for 8 plays and 33 yards. Then failed to get points AGAIN.
After that drive the light clicked on for both the offense and the defense. Then our clock managment failed. That is the problem with this team, there is always a failure in an aspect of the play. That is COACHING and nothing else. The team took how many plays and how much time off the clock inside the 5? That last scoring drive we had shown zero urgency, and I started shouting about it at the 8 minute mark.
Our offensive line makes it look that way at times.. He definitely doesn’t look comfortable when behind the changes.
At this moment sure. But players do improve and DR will improve a ton. DR is a thinker-- that's hurting him at the moment. But with experience and good coaching, it will become a huge asset. And he's a talented kid who is a hard worker. We're not used to having that around here much. He volunteered to jump into mess. Give the kid some time.
I know the Terry kid is still considering us and besides Isaiah Mozee we need to land some big time receivers, not to mention this offense needs to land a big time running back in this class, Connor Booth is a nice little running back but isn’t the answer..
1. 70-10 vs Texas Tech... Callahan put in Beau Davis, because the fan were calling for him. He went 1 for 8 with 4 int's. Worst beating we have ever took that I remember
2. 70-31 vs Wisconsin in the Big 10 championship after we had already beat them was a really bad night.
3. 45-14 vs Oklahoma State... 38-0 at half
4. 52-17 vs Missouri... Chase Daniel beat the snot out of us so bad that game he ate his own.

- 56-7 vs Indiana... Rhule lost his team that day. Also lost the fans respect.
- 31-28 vs Northwestern... The onside kick heard all around the world. The fact that was Northwesterns only win in 2022 only adds to the fact.

We are going to have to buy some NIL talent that will mean big dollars across the roster. If Rhule wants to keep his job he will look honestly at every position and ask himself: "Is this a guy that would start at a top p5 program and get drafted?", and if not, find a replacement. We need to cut out guys that aren't showing progress and all the head cases (Malachi Coleman?). We also need to find guys that just know success and demand it of themselves and their teammates and aren't afraid to get after each other.
Via donations from the fans and big walleted fans, NU football means enough to the state and the fanbase to make the type of money investment we need to be up there with Ohio St.

At some point the team needs to produce or NIL will not mean anything. At some point these funds will dry up quickly

It's wild how much more comfortable in the pocket HH seemed compared to Raiola. He had plenty of time and stayed focus.
I guess experience is somewhat important after all
UCLA was in prevent. But, credit to HH for hitting a couple.
and the ones that didn't connect weren't on him... receivers dropped a coupe of nice ones
