First Chelsea fires their coach one season after winning the Championship. Now Leicester City fires their coach one season after winning the Championship. They don't mess around across the pond.

I don't think Chelsea has any qualms about replacing their coach given their current standing. I didn't think it was justified, the team's performance was more a function of player transition. You don't lose players like Lampard and Drogba and not have a dropoff in performance. Not to mention it was time for Cech to move on.

Cech has been gone for awhile. Benching Terry had a negative impact on the team as a whole. IMO. The salaries in the league are just as crazy as here in the NFL , NBA, and MLB
