He speaks well, but focus on what he is saying. What he thinks he needs to do to win. What his core vision is. That is what makes me optimistic.

I like hearing Coach say that he wants as much speed as possible. I also like hearing the emphasis on recruiting - seems exactly like Mickey's kind of guy. I would love to see what those two could accomplish together, fingers crossed.

I am going to wait a while to determine his level of competence, we have been snake bitten too many times over the last 20 years for me to do anything else. He does communicate his vision extremely well and if he can relay that to kids in living rooms and locker rooms with the same level then things should definitely improve. I don't think he could have had a better press conference.

I thought he did well. I like his vision as long as it comes to fruition. I think the part that stuck out to me most was "be physical in practice"
