The Big Ten will out recruit us. It will get worse with more debacles like today.
JFC. No one gets 5 a year....there’s only about 25 total per year! You should just stop while you’re behind.
A couple of B1G teams will out recruit us. We’re an upper half B1G recruiting program. Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan... Who else can consistently out recruit Nebraska?
Give them their time, this stuff was never going to change over night.
Maybe we should have hired Jeff Monken from Army and run the triple option. They are outplaying Oklahoma right now.

You are so right. Out of curiosity, what team do you coach? I know that you are a big-time coach because you have more understanding of player talent than any of the position coaches for NU do.
This offense will be fine, it works every where in college football.

Illinois fan here who has always admired the Huskers and their faithful fans. I have enjoyed many games at Memorial Stadium. I know we are not a great comparison but Lovie is doing a total rebuild here and I see the Huskers having to do the same only starting at a higher level. A culture change does not happen overnight. We live in a society which demands instant results and it is the seldom the way it happens. Build the foundation with quality kids and quality players. It troubles me that some have given up on Frost already. Patience.

Respect Lovie and his trying to change the culture. He is a good man and these things take time.
If Frost can bring in Bo Pelini talent he can win a playoff game. We have the worst talent that has been seen at NU since the early 60s. Go back and watch the 2008-2014 teams...they were far and away more talented than this team. Still prone to mistakes, and turnovers, and meltdowns but so much better.
according to Rivals, Nebraska from 2015 to 2017 recruited the 20th, 24th, and 31st ranked classes. On paper, that makes for decent talent. So many of them never panned out, unfortunately. IF Frost can bring in Callahan talent (27th, 5th, 20th, 13th in four classes) then he has a great shot.
This is the most depressing post I've seen on here today... that we're in the same situation as freaking Illinois.

There is some serious triggered people on this board. All because some believe this staff hasn’t exactly lit the world on fire thru 3 games. I think Frost is going to get it done. But, the last two games he has not had his team ready to play. That’s on him.
The fundamentals are horrible. For this offense, I doubt you could find a better QB that Adrian Martinez. Scott and Walters sends out five receivers but gives no blocking help for the o-line. Our QB's were pressured immediately.

Oklahoma was in the playoff last year. Oregon played for a title, Auburn won a title, OSU won a title and UCF had an undefeated team just last season that claimed a title. All running, no huddle up-tempo, spread attacks.
