Yep and though there have been several drops it doesn’t look like he has ever cut one loose, perhaps since he has had so little time with the receivers and is trying to throw a catchable ball. And we see a lot of drops even without fastballs.

Yes. I worked for the Navy so spent a lot of time at Pearl Harbor, Pacific Command and the missile range on Kauai. Even got to go to a small Navy facility on Niihau, which is the small island forbidden to most outsiders.
