2025 young Huskers roll call studs who got good PT

Look, this was a mediocre win against a bad team without their two best players in a bad bowl game.

But it was a win. Much better than what we’ve seen.

Too many guys on here still have the mindset that it's late 90's.

The Pinstripe Bowl actually turned out to be a very good bowl game and not a bad bowl game. A week in NYC? Playing football in Yankee Stadium? The players were all excited about playing in NYC, especially the local kids. The team made the Pinstripe Bowl a big deal and celebrated that victory like they should. As fans, we should do the same thing. That's really what athletics are all about. We had young kids step up. Huge boost of positive energy and confidence going into the off season.

And it wasn't a mediocre win. The field conditions weren't conducive for a high scoring affair. Boston College is well coached and wouldn't quit. Give them credit for making great plays like that blocked punt. All in all, a very good win for the team and the team celebrated it appropriately.

Buddy told me he didn’t think they covered the field over night..
So when teams finished with 6-6 record this is the kind of bowl game you get stuck in..

Beating Illini and the herky’s and we’re in the ReliaQuest bowl.

It's out in the elements and it's football. At least it didn't seem too cold out. I don't see how this was a problem at all. It's how the game is meant to be played. Actually looked pretty fun with the sloppy uniforms and players sliding several feet. Don't be such a buzz kill.

Surprised we didn’t see more of Carter Nelson yesterday. I love that delayed pass to the tight end but you need to run that with somebody faster HH or Carter Nelson that’s a play. We should be running a couple times every game.

Well worry about style points next year. All in all, this post season bowl experience was just fine for these kids and the program.

Assuming you also mean running DH’s offense. DH was the OC for USC & the PeeBirds. We still had the same DC. Also, IF DR throws a better pass to 44 in the end zone against IL, we win that game. Maybe DH calls a better game & it doesn’t come down to that play. Neyor should also have had a TD in that game instead of an INT. DR missed open receivers against Ohio State & UCLA. The OC had us in position to win but the execution was lacking.
