Also, will there be a legitimate qb competition or does a transfer come in with a subtle or not so subtle, "you got the job", if you transfer? The PC answer is yes there is a competition, but is there something going on with the dynamics of a transfer with limited time?
Sam Keller comes to mind as our 1 year hired gun that did not work out so well and I am sure stirred up the locker room that year!
