OT: San Francisco

I mean, I am sure that like any "bigger city" there is some bad stuff and some homeless people but, like this idea that everyone is just walking into stores and taking everything they want and walking out...

Or all these cars being broken into and the police not showing up when they are called.

It is seems maybe a bit exaggerated.

There's about a billion more posts I could link but ask yourself if Target, Walgreens and CVS closing multiple stores is a bit exaggerated.

Lots of crazy people are walking the streets who would have been institutionalized 30-40 years ago. Liberals thought it was wrong to lock them up for treatment and conservatives didn’t want to pay for it. Add in the effects of drug abuse on the brain and here we are.
Yep, plus all the antipsychotics allow folks who would have been institutionalized be semi functional. Scary, but able to get on and off the subway.

See, that is where I fall too. I get it, this stuff happens.

But, I have been to Denver, I lived in Chicago, Hell I have been to East St. Louis.

Again, I know stuff happens, I just never saw it.

Just like I know fights happen in HS all the time but I think I saw 1 fight in 4 years of HS.

Just make sure you live in a town where you SOMETIMES don’t see that stuff but there’s gonna be a streetcar.

Property taxes continue to go through the roof, but at least there might be something that transports like 200 people per day,

Thanks again Jean!

Her ex-husband made a brilliant move IMO.
