OT - Restaurant choices just outside of Omaha

Hey, I'm looking for suggestions on small mom-and-pop type restaurant choices just outside of Omaha. Doesn't have to be fancy, in fact I would prefer that it isn't. Just looking for great can't-miss food within reasonable driving distance in a small town setting for a change of pace. Any suggestions are welcomed.
