Shortly after it was built it was a nice bass and blue gill lake and for some reason it didn't retain water very well and almost dried up. Early this fall I stopped for the 1st time for 20 years on a trip back from Norfolk and it was as full as ever but the whole area seemed deserted (except for the usual Omaha van processing crack or brownies) even weeds growing on the boat ramp. Was it restocked or has the Game and Parks abandoned it?
