Had to put our Great Dane down today. She was a couple months shy of making it to 9 years. Just a loving, gentle giant of a dog. She was diagnosed with Lymphoma about 5 weeks ago and it went fast. Way too fast. No matter how prepared I thought I was, when it came time today, I was no where near ready to say goodbye.
