Already know people are going to drown this thread with crossfit jokes. I don't do crossfit and think it's the dumbest thing ever.

Looking to get some suggestions for lifts to use to change up my chest workout days. Usual chest workout below with a change of sets and reps each week.

Dumbbell chest 4x5/DB pullovers 3x6
Incline DB chest 3x8
Decline Barbell 3x10
Cable or DB flys 3x10
Dips 3x20

Thanks in advance and I know crossfit sucks.
