OT: Help With Windows 10

Oh Fun !!!

Not particularly computer savvy.

My laptop upgraded to Windows 10 automatically and apparently wiped my hard drive of all my documents, pictures, files, etc.

Tried to System Restore and received a message that there were no restore points set up.

Any help would be appreciated. TIA
