i have a thought exercise for you.

make a list of billionaires who have never created jobs.

then make another list of poor people who have created jobs (no, you can't pick yourself).

could be good for you.
poor dope (not you) has been educated to think rich people are all evil, that they should share their wealth, and that they didn't work for what they have.

Seen even less billionaires who give a crap about people like you and me. That’s how they become billionaires. But you keep wishin’ and hopin’….
I could care less what Elon thinks of anybody. Although he has created a lot of jobs for people. But I know who cares right? My question is. Why are democrats so scared and concerned about what he and Doge is doing unless they have something to hide? Very concerning democrats are more concerned about Elon over eliminating wasteful spending. And not the wasteful spending itself.

The ones screaming the loudest are the most guilty. Painfully obvious to those who aren't a complete moron.

Wasteful spending is what got you the polio vaccine, combination chemotherapy, immunotherapy for cancer, biological response modifiers for asthma, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, psoriatic arthritis…… that’s why they have to say that Covid vaccines don’t work, because that’s a function that is a part of government activities. Because anything that bolsters anything that the government does empowers something they want to weaken.

What Democrats are afraid of is this is all a Shell game, that while we’re claiming to stop wasteful spending what we’re actually doing is halting or delaying developing therapy of the next generation of drugs to treat illnesses that we can’t control…. Meanwhile, Elon and his cronies are disabling anyone from finding ways to prevent them from acquiring Even more billions. Like those pesky, federal regulators, environmental, protections, workplace, discrimination, and harassment, investigators, people who audit companies at the IRS.

This is completely ignoring the contracts with the government They are trying to get a hold of, like the updating of air traffic control communications. This contract is now going to Elon‘s company rather than the one currently arranged with Verizon. Elon doesn’t care about the 400 billion he already has, he wants to become the first trillionaire. He is nothing if not ambitious. How do you think he got to where he is, by caring about you?

Proud dad moment, my son works with Space X on the Falcon rocket, so we love Elon.
That’s really cool – that has really revolutionized how we communicate, how we get Internet access. I’m not saying it’s not a good company. Amazon has been a real convenience. Doesn’t mean Jeff Bezos is a good guy., Or interested in making anybody’s life better but his own.

If you think any of these people are trying to make your life better, or trying to reduce your taxes, you might be talking about your test result.
Your skills with the quote feature really reinforced your results.

Anyways, we’ll take two waters and we’re ready to order

Fry cooks don’t take orders directly from customers.
How’s your G string holding up? Bet it’s rough on you when they put pennies in there since they’re no longer being used elsewhere. Of course there’s plenty of room.

This isn’t you?
well sure as a rebuttal after a verbal assault. Doesn't make it right but from time to time i'll get fed up with insults and fire back. But you insinuation that I go around name calling and insulting others all of the time is not correct.

Can’t count how many times in college some jackass wannabe socialist dipshit would say… “If every billionaire in the US would give up ____ % of their money we could eliminate poverty and give a better quality of life to all Americans.” Or something to that effect.

Well the total net worth of all American billionaires is roughly 6.22 trillion dollars. And if we divided their net worth between the rest of the country’s 350 million people (leaving the billionaires with nothing) that would equal about $17,500.00 per person. 17k per person 🤣

There isn’t enough money in the world, much less any individual country, to support socialism. It’s a failed economic theory based on misinformation and uninformed personal emotions. The facts are the facts, if you implement socialism as any sort of majority policy you will bankrupt your country and create more poverty than ever.

I don’t think rich people are evil. Warren Buffett certainly isn’t evil. Neither is Alice Buffett, who IIRC gives out the award for the best teachers in Omaha.

Elon Musk – he seems to have issues. He’s either incompetent when it comes to resizing government, cruel, or both. Doesn’t mean he can’t run Twitter, or SpaceX or Tesla (though that entity is struggling lately).

that wasn't my insinuation.

also - aren't you the same guy who gets all up in arms when people make (100% accurate) inferences from your posts?

typical hypocrisy from the holier than thou crowd

Kinda sounds like you judge morality of billionaire on how they vote. You care share all your posts concerning Elon Musk’s morality before he decided to support Trump? I’m guessing you had zero issues with Elon Musk before 2023.

What a bloodbath in the market so far today. Good thing gas and eggs are so cheap like I was promised from day 1. "Purchasing power." Lol

I have 15 years until retirement so I don't really care. Just fun to point out the hypocrisy.

Never thought about Elon Musk before then. Other than that he was goofy.

Wow, lower than on November 5. Confidence is a fleeting thing.

So you took the time to do an accurate moral inventory on Warren and Alice Buffet. (who are not part of the current administration, or any administration) But you never thought about or had an opinion on Elon Musk before he became part of the current administration? Ok…

Pretty nuts and I’m not sure how anyone can be happy with this if ends up being a trend and not a blip. Coincidentally, I decided to move around about 70k and took it out of the market a couple weeks ago. Financial advisor called me last week saying we probably shouldn’t put that money back to work in the market just yet. Was a total coincidence, but I’m glad I pulled that out and wish I would’ve pulled out more.

I don't think anyone believes billionaires should give up all of their money. I don't think I have ever heard anyone of consequence advocate for that. But it is pretty well known that.... and many of them have said as much.....that their effective tax rate is often 20-30% and sometimes less and that's only on actual income which many show to be much less than actuality. Obviously the tax implications are much greater than I could fully understand for people who have this kind of wealth, and I don't fault them for using the system to their advantage. But the system is flawed.

I think the real question is...How do we move forward as a country when the divide between the wealthiest .01% and the bottom 75% continues to grow at an astronomical rate. Everything in this country is touched and manipulated by those few at the top. They own all of the resources, they own all of the politicians, they are gobbling up houses and land, they own just about everything that impacts our lives. The true trickle down effect is in the prices we pay for the goods that they can manipulate by owning most of the material needs to produce those good.

Don't get me wrong. I have a good life, and like lots of Americans, I have more than I really need. But I am watching a generation of 20 somethings fall farther away from obtaining the American dream of owning a home and building a good life for their families because prices across the spectrum have become unaffordable. I'm not talking about eggs or milk. Im talking about lumber prices, land prices, insurance costs, medications, health, etc... . all of the factors that truly impact this next generation of Americans that are trying to gain a true foothold in America. There are people in this age group that are making 120-160K
(good income for that age) a year as a couple and they still can't afford to buy a home in a lot of places across the nation.

I don't know, to me something has to give or were going to lose this country from the bottom up.

Haha such a dense post. Shows the democrats are clawing for anything they possibly can after there party imploded. Amazing what you people support that the elected dems are trying to hide. But crickets from you in that absolute failure of the previous admin. Too funny
