Hey guys. I've been searching on the "internet" but am not having very good luck. The only place for advice I know to go is RSS.
I am having a 40 x 80 by 16' tall Morton building built here in Nebraska. The concrete guy took the footings to 30". (12" wide) I am not a professional. But I thought you had to go to 42" to the frost line.
I confronted him on it and he said on most houses he doesn't even go that deep. That I will have no problems.
