Davis is significant loss. Princewill would be if he had his head screwed on straight.
You speak as though all of us criticizing things lately have always been against Rhule or something silly like that (like Kong).
But people like me have been nothing short of supportive, optimistic, even defensive of Rhule and staff. An honest man can only defend incompetence so much though before he must admit this looks like a failed experiment, the plug just hasn't been pulled yet because of course Rhule is going to be given the chance at his magical third year.
It's year 4 where the debate is truly. Anything less than 8 wins, I believe the only move to make is to replace Rhule and move on. Dana could be fun! Always wanted Leach at Nebraska myself...
Some of the guys we lost are some of the top guys in the transfer portal. Zero bankable talent is just completely false.
Don’t misunderstand me, there are plenty of deficiencies with the current staff, especially with regard to Rhules clock/timeout management, Satt, and personnel usage, but I stand by the biggest challenge being talent and the cultivation of talent. Considering how few NFL level dudes we have on this roster, anyone clutching their pearls over any defections not named Raiola, Barney, EJ, Nelson and couple of folks on D, should embrace the turnover. Let DH get his dudes and cook.

Whoever is getting him isn't bringing him in to stop the run. We didn't want him to stay at Nebraska to stop the run lol. Run stoppers are a dime a dozen. The pass rushers make the money.

Well, the good news for us is that guys can come to a (former) big name school and not have to be an an NFL level player to play.

I'm sure he was. His dad was the arguably the best punter ever at Nebraska with a lengthy NFL career. I'm sure he coached up his kid.
MaGahee ate his reps as the season went on, so he is going elsewhere. From a couple of Rhule's stray comments, PWill needed to clean some things up in terms of off the field issues.
