Ot - commercial real estate loans

hey fam, I figured I would ask the experts of RSS for some knowledge re: mortgages for office space.

I am pretty green and am looking at purchasing in the somewhat near future and want to see what are some steps I should prepare for as well as what are typical rates and timeframes on these types of loans. I figure they would differ from a home mortgage.
