Wanted to see if anyone had any connections that I may be able to reach out to. My business is headquartered in Des Moines but is growing and I now have a team of 6 in the KC area. Most are located between the Plaza and Olathe. Thinking anything between that is right off I-35 would be a good option. Either looking for specific space or a good agent that could help. Would need Open area and conference space and potentially small kitchen. Want to leave room to grow but not sure we would need much more than 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft now.
