Not the main but it absolutely cant be overlooked...we are talking about rape here...the injury will be a focal point for the defense...at least I would think it would have to be
I have known college kids that played baseball with a torn ACL. The alleged incident 2/3 took place prior to the surgery 2/6, if my timeline is accurate.

I get it ...I was just questioning the charge seeing how he had a pretty messed up knee, but the details of what was said went down are horrific if true and he should rot in jail if they are
