Oregon State's stadium capacity is around 30,000. They get maybe 2500 people for their spring game. Corvallis like Pullman, WA is tiny. They are far out surpassed in everything by the Ducks. I do not see what they bring to the table. A good baseball team? I thought they and Washington State would be perfect for the Mountain West.

Big 12 badly needed flagship universities. And even though hardly anyone in Denver watches college sports, it’s a very large TV market. I think those were the two main reasons Colorado got the call.
