Oregon is getting spanked at Wazzu

Well he just busted one for 75 yards and a TD, so maybe he's pretty healthy.

And Helfrich just went for two, down by 10 with 3:00 left in the THIRD quarter. Why would you do that? Kick the PAT, get a TD and FG, win the game. You don't have to try to cut it to an 8-point game when there's 18 minutes left to play.

What a dumb ass. Working now, wish I could see the end.

The Duck fans are quacking about Helfrich and their starting Qb, Prukop. They want them both gone. Uncle Phil can't be happy. Mrs. Helfrich better start talking to realtors. Her husband is not going to have a job for too much longer. The Dawgs go to Eugene next Saturday. They haven't beat the Ducks since 2003. It could get ugly.

I wonder if the fan base and more importantly Mr Knight wish that guy in Orlando had got the job instead of HCMH?

... and those two fan bases hate each other in red sox/yankees and bama/auburn fashion. Blown out by the huskies and helfrich probably doesn't survive a week.

Oregon might only win one or two more games the rest of the season.

Oregon's defense can't/couldn't stop a three-footed mule. Wazzu ran up and down the field on them, as had sCUm and Nebraska. Brady Hoke is doing even worse there than he did at Michigan. Appears he's no better than a MAC head coach. The game's in Eugene, but the Huskies should have their way with them. It's disappointing as It would be nice to see Nebraska's opponents all do well.

Wazzu was a fair number of people's pick to win the Pac 12 this year. They got off to a miserable start but they have a bunch of talent and Leach has been there now long enough to have his system and players fully in place. Just like when he was at TTech they are going to have games where they turn the ball over too much and lose, but Wazzu is a much improved team.

The Cougs are a train wreak under Leach. They fling the ball all over the place and are fun to watch but they are very undisciplined. They can't run most of the time so they have to pass at the end of games when it would be smarter to just get a first down and run out the clock. They lost to Stanford last year when they had a lead with just a few minutes left. They lose to a FCS school every year. Then there is Leach's penchant for going for it on 4th down regardless of yardage or field position. Again they can't run so they usually have to pass in these situations. Then I think they lead the FBS in jail time amongst their players. Pullman's police chief must have Mike's cell phone number on speed dial. This was published in August, 2015 concerning the Cougars. “They have 31 arrest over the past 5 years,” 710 ESPN Seattle’s Danny O’Neil told KIRO Radio’s Seattle’s Morning News If WSU wasn't in Pullman it would have a population of maybe 4000-6000 people (or less). So when football players are causing trouble somebody is going to notice. Mike thinks the Pullman police are targeting his players.
