Solich....valued tradition, teams worked hard
Callahan....could recruit innovative mind
Pelini....Defensive minded USUALLY, KIDS PLAYED FOR HIM
Reilly.....headscratcher for me...optimism?
Frost ...(yes, you have to find something) connection to our great years, even if he did not use it well
Rhule.....Goodness....wholehearted devotion to the task....

Callahan- Offensive Line Coach, Evaluator of Talent
Pelini- Defensive Backs Coach, Lousy temperament for a Head Coach, easy to dislike
Riley- In charge of Bicycle Cardio, chew gum on the sidelines, hands in pocket, lets team take a beating
Frost,- In the pressbox calling plays, easy to dislike
Rhule-closer of talent, not a difference-maker in close games. Overall, great hire to bringing NU back to prominence.

Bullets NU dodged in the hiring of the last head coach: Matt Campbell, Dave Aranda, Lane Kiffin, Army's Head Coach, Bill O'Brien, Boston College and NC State Head Coaches, and a few others I forgot to mention.

Lance Leopold from KU might have been a pretty good hire, Urban Meyer would have NU in Top Ten by this year.
