Nick Fuller transferring

Well, there goes our first big time transfer. Fire Miles.

Good luck to him. Fuller's entry to the game always made me cringe, but it wasn't for lack of effort. He just got recruited to play at a level where he didn't belong, and that's not on him.

Good point. Played harder than most if not all of his teammates. I'll take a different slant-- I won't say that he didn't necessarily belong at this level. I could see him being a decent role player as a 4th & 5th yr vet in the right program. But holy cow, Tim Miles... just where exactly did you expect Fuller to play in your offense? He's not a post and he definitely isn't a guy who can dribble & make decisions off a ball screen. Ridiculous.

I think they anticipated him being a spot up shooter, like McVeigh. A good kid, but clearly never developed into that.

Yep. AAU coaches are working coaches seeing who wants a transfer. Kids don't want to ask for their release until the next scholarship is in the bag.

So the Nebraska Men's Basketball Program has now become a placeholder program...great. Winking
