This is almost laughable. I sure as feck hope we didnt pay someone to design this. Maybe next time they could change the font spelling "ADIDAS" from a 14 point to a 12 point. Or maybe change the B1G logo from 2 inches below the right shoulder to 2.25 inches below the right shoulder. I mean, Im not mad, I am fine with us using the old school uniforms forever. Not a big fan of the alternates. Oregon has cool colors, yes. we dont need to do that stuff. I get the kids like it. I think they will like a winning program more.

The reason why some blue is because when first game on the stadium was against OU and they wore red , back in the day there wasn’t any white uniforms to wear so Nebr wore blue uniforms..

Not a good day. Michigan game reportedly at noon and these uniforms suck. Maybe something else will go wrong and make my day a true hat trick.
How hard can it be to use a little imagination to make alternate uniforms that actually honor the uniforms worn when Memorial was new? Isn't there a fashion design department that teaches over on East Campus? Surely they could have come up with something better than this failed attempt.

I don't see the big deal with it, it's subtle and better than looking like Kansas for a day. It's merely a nod to the first game played in Memorial Stadium (past and present). I'm also glad they didn't try using the horizontal stripes pictured above in the black and white photo.

Think they should have just took the regular uniforms and make it all blue and white for the game. White helmet with blue N, blue jersey, and white pants with blue stripes. That would have been cool IMO.

It's not how the uni's look, it's how they play that day. If a loss occurs, the ferocity of negativity will be powerful.

I may get killed for saying this, but I like the blue outline (and the story behind it) so much that I wouldn’t mind making it a permanent part of the uniform. Stories like this make the Nebraska tradition (and college football) even greater.
I can't summon any outrage. I'm already out if the country. So I got that going for me.

True, but my point is, you put the University of Georgia roster in NU's uniforms, and you've got a national title contender.
You put the Vanderbilt roster inside the Georgia uniform and you've got a 2-10 team.
