I was looking at HC MR records at OSU the past few years and what I found interesting was how well they played against ranked opponents for the most part. If I were to guess Oregon State does not have the resources and talent that Nebraska has right now and I believe the coaches have said as much.
My question to my fellow fans of Nebraska Football is this: How long do you believe it will take MR to achieve success at Nebraska. He won’t say it but I believe it will most likely take a few years, and once he gets his type recruits to play for him Nebraska should be a solid program.
I really feel Nebraska could and should play a lot like MSU which is a very good thing because MSU reminds me so much of how Nebraska played in the 90’s under TO. I know there are going to be some bumps along the way but it should be a fun ride these next few years. GBR! Just one fan’s opinion.
