It was reported on April 1 that Nebraska would travel to Omaha to play Creighton on Nov. 23, which was the same day as the Nebraska-Wisconsin football game.
Today, Nebraska announced the Huskers and Bluejays will officially play the day before, on Friday, Nov. 22. Tipoff time and TV will be announced at a later date. It's the first time the schools have met in November since the 2021-22 season. Both programs are coming off NCAA Tournament appearances in 2023-24.
The remainder of the Huskers’ non-conference schedule will be announced throughout the spring and summer.
