OBSERVATIONS:
-The bottom three of all P5 schools were Oregon State, Cal, and Wash St. It's clearly a factor as to why those schools don't look like enticing adds to any Power Conference right now
-Florida State's $126M was surprisingly low, ranking 5th among ACC public schools and below the ACC average of $127M. They were behind Clemson, Louisville, UNC, NCSt and 25th nationally (which would put them somewhere in the 30s when factoring private schools.). Those bad FB years really hurt them at the ticket box.
-The disparity between the highest and lowest schools is striking. In fact, Texas & Ohio State together have more Ticket sales revenue than the bottom 52 programs on this list (From SDSU on down) combined.
-Big12 losing Texas/OU & adding 3 G5 teams brought down their averages greatly (Houston and UCF were both only at $31M; however, all the new schools are reporting huge surges in ticket sales at higher prices since joining the Power Conf ranks.) Adding the 4 corner schools adds stability as their average was only slightly lower than the remaining 6 Big 12 public teams, and above the average of the 9 public teams that are staying in the Big12 after this year. Also, some of the Big12's likely biggest ticket sales schools weren't included due to being private: TCU, Baylor, & BYU.
-17 of the top 20 schools are in either the SEC (11) or Big 10 (6).
