thats my guess as wellI guess by giving us a #2 seed and sending us to Corvallis, they are essentially saying we are the weakest #2 seed in the field.
Yeah, I don't understand this one. They get a more favorable matchup and a short trip too.Indiana heads to the Kentucky Regional as a 2 Seed. I guess that cancels out the theory of us being the weakest 2 Seed.
It seems to be our luck when it comes to matching up in the Regionals. How many Texas Alumni are on the selection Committee?Yeah, I don't understand this one. They get a more favorable matchup and a short trip too.
Makes no sense though. My guess is RPI truly is the deciding factor because nothing else adds up.Nebraska is essentially the last No. 2 seed in the field
Me neither. Indiana and Maryland were less impressive.Michigan the last team in? Again, don't understand that one either.
First time since 1972. That's mindboggling. It's like the dark ages for college baseball.Miami's steak of 44 consecutive tourney appearances comes to an end. They were just Hawkeyed
This makes me sad.Miami's steak of 44 consecutive tourney appearances comes to an end. They were just Hawkeyed
In an odd way I kind of liked seeing the streak continue as well. Just a really cool story for college baseball. This makes me sad.
Not at all. Isn't Indiana's RPI much better than Nebraska's?Indiana heads to the Kentucky Regional as a 2 Seed. I guess that cancels out the theory of us being the weakest 2 Seed.
Welp, since I'm in Minneapolis for the Weekend I guess I'll walk down the street and watch the Twins and Astro's play some ball. Never been to Target Field. Anyone have any insight on can't miss places around the stadium?
Lyon's Pub is a great place for bar food and drink. It's a short walk from the ballpark. And it's a Husker hangout. Lots of Nebraska paraphernalia around.Welp, since I'm in Minneapolis for the Weekend I guess I'll walk down the street and watch the Twins and Astro's play some ball. Never been to Target Field. Been a couple years but I liked this place called Sneaky Pete's. They got a ton of places to go to. Target field is really nice too. They even have self serve beer at TF.

Yeah but they finished 6th in the league, RPI is deceiving in this case. Not at all. Isn't Indiana's RPI much better than Nebraska's?
