After hearing their idiotic talk about transfers without penalty, why don't they do something that makes sense like: Increasing the amount of OV's allowed if their is a coaching change. Why should the new coach be penalized by the previous staffs OV's when most of those kids that were previously on campus will go elsewhere or end up decommitting.
