And with Holgerson's fire and attitude! Some people are not intuitive play callers. And some people just need a couple of weeks to figure out how to use and motivate the skill position kids. The kids played hard and with confidence.

The only thing that might change is Foley but ST's yesterday were pretty good. I don't think he's the answer and needs to go. I think Satt could stay on as TE coach as his Ends did a phoenominal job yesterday. Donovan ain't goin nowhere especially after what we saw from the line yesterday. One thing that showed yesterday is, That O is playing with Holgerson's sttitude and fire. Now that we have a right system in place with Holgerson running it, who we currently have minus Foley might just prove everyone wrong that's thinking we have to scuttle the entire offensive staff. Change in OC is what the doctor ordered for this most times mentally disabled offense. Bad play calling, with no plays ever running smoohly and very poor execution by very talented players. This offense yesterday ran extremely smooth and had a natural flow to it which we have not seen in at least a decade as this offense was running on all cylinders and the first time in years this team pretty much hummed in all 3 phases of it and this is what wins big games and championships!
I never heard one person complain about having made the change to DH. Not one. The complaints are that it took as long as it did. And that’s a pretty valid complaint
It's your opinion on what you think should happen, but please leave it to the experts. You're not, the coaching staff is!We shall see. DH is the OC and I think he deserves to choose his own guys. Don't assistants sign two year deals? If so ours have had two years so it won't be a money thing. If he's ok with the guys he's working with them I'm ok with them. I just think he should have the right to a yay or a nay on who he wants.
I'd bet Rhule would be willing to do the same. Yesterday looked good but believe there is definitely room to upgrade this staff.

I reseach before I post, you might wanna try it sometime!
Not tryin to start anything, I'm just stating a plain fact.
Whatever bud! You might wanna look in the mirror before start calling anyone anything! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Yeah that's Wyld lol 😂 🤣 (😉 😉)
Believe what you will sir. You know I know. You are still a joke of a poster no matter what board you are on.

Serious question: what offensive staff would you like to retain other than Holgerson and Raiola? And specifically state what they did well before Holgerson’s arrival.Whatever bud! You might wanna look in the mirror before start calling anyone anything! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ty Robinson and Nash Hutmacher are the only seniors I think are hard to replace with equivalent or better talent (maybe add Buschini). In some areas I think the younger guys may be less experienced or are a tad less physically developed but will have more athletic potential. Our true freshmen are collectively the best we've had in a long time. We've also seen a lot of improvement and development out of RS freshmen and sophomores. I actually feel really good going into next season with so little talent walking out the door.Rhule saved the program? That’s an interesting conclusion for a 6-5 team. I think it’s more accurate to say Rhule may have saved himself by hiring DH.
But now we’ll see how he hits the portal to upgrade and replace tons of seniors. And perhaps even more important: Will he keep DH as OC and upgrade this coaching staff elsewhere? Wide receiver coaching for sure. Raiola’s very good day would have been exceptional with better receivers who can get open and avoid drops.
Let’s table this topic for at least one year and revisit it.
Anytime I can see a war of words with names like Kakdawg and skullznbonz, it’s a good day.Yeah that's Wyld lol 😂 🤣 (😉 😉)

Foley's gotta go, McGuire maybe, keep Satt at TE coach if he'll take the pay cut which I think he will as he's burned his bridge now at 2 serperate P4 schools and proved he's not coordinator material and he knows it and won't ever have another shot at an OC position again with his record and already has a job here. His TEs looked phoenominal Saturday. Donnie also stays as that was the best OL performance we've seen since Pelini as our OL did something Saturday Oregon's OL couldn't do against them was annihiate Wiscy's DL we had over 10 pancake blocks in that game and made that DL of theirs look absolutely stupid. Donnie ain't goin nowhere. This newfound attitude of the coaching staff and players is due to the Holgerson effect as now everything on that side is mirroring Dana's fire and attitude. Dana is the corrdinator we've needed for several years now not only for his offensive prowess, but the cerebral mentaity he's bought to the offense as we haven't seen this type of mentality in at least a decade. Dana's fire has also already spilled over to an already good Blackshirt unit! The Holgerson effect! I just hope he stays on after the year and more than likely he will because of Dylan. What he did for Dylan in a short period of time was changed up his release and delivery. His release is now a rocket release with A LOT of zip on the ball which is something he didn't have when he got here and his check downs are now at lighting speed. See what a few tweaks will do for ya? Rhule can now soley focus on being the CEO only which he shoulda been from day one without having to play a co position coach role.Serious question: what offensive staff would you like to retain other than Holgerson and Raiola?
