Malachi

Is there an actual point being made here or just classic Kim Kong-Un deflection? I posted facts for my argument and Mr. “I only deal in facts” doesn’t have shit. As per usual.

8 catches = “experienced player” 🤣🤣🤣 What an absolute agenda-obsessed fraud. Even your simpleton Stepford wife knows that’s bullshit.
8 more than all but 4 WRs in the room have made, little buddy

He’s played a full season in the B1G. How is that not experience?

Agenda is using high school stats when discussing major college WR production

Your next correct opinion on NU football will be your first.

Not all proven experience is good. Some players experience has proven that they are not good.
Exactly. Malachi has some experience. Much of that was running wrong routes and missing blocks. I’m ok with him gone. Did nothing to impress. I’ll run with Barney, Lloyd. Key (the most experienced of all) … and take my chances with the other newcomers. I’m not sure Malachi would have ever started for us. We’ll see how he does in Minny.

Child position coach
Dipshit OC
Run-first offense led by several poor passers

Year 2 payroll + playing favorites took precedent, same child position coach, same dipshit OC

Not exactly a fair shake

Second team all state in HS. Not elite. Have you seen him play outside of the few plays he got in as a Frosh? Were you impressed with his abilities as a receiver? I’m seen him play a lot. He couldn’t even dominate games against Lincoln teams in HS and is the only top 100 prospect Nebraska has ever had that didn’t make first team all state in both major newspapers. That is relevant to the conversation. A guy with his size and speed not dominating Nebraska high school football.

I didn't see him play in high school

I saw opposing teams game planning for him in the big ten, though

Would have been nice to see what he could have looked like with a real OC and receivers coach. He sure had the athleticism.

In case he came in? Seriously?
Mich state game in ‘23

They mauled him every time the ball came close

I don’t blame them, he was coming off the two best performances of his career

It’s interesting he’s going to Minn

We dialed him up in the 3rd quarter on a key 3rd down against them week 0 out of the slot and he was open for what would have been the game sealing TD. His first career college game, Rhule’s first game at NU, and we called his number in a huge spot.

Sims didn’t trust it and got pressured, rest is history. I guarantee Peejay remembers that play.

Thanks for finally bending over and correcting yourself to 4, and not 3. Very common practice for 4th string WRs around the country to transfer to other schools. Dana Holgorsen didn’t want to use him. He wants football players.

He was already gone by the time Dana got here, though many here were hoping he’d be able to salvage the relationship and get Coleman on the field

Even your simpleton Stepford wife knows that’s bullshit.
Fellas - is it lame to provide for your family so your wife doesn’t have to work?

We’ll see. If he could helped Rhule and staff win games this past fall, he would have played. Rhule gets paid a lot of money to win games. And if he doesn’t, he won’t be around long.

So Malachai transformed from a ghost his Sr year in HS to Neb’s “Most feared offensive weapon” as a frosh? Coaches game planned to defend him? WOW - He made great strides.

This is one we will have to agree to disagree on. Malachi’s transferring was a positive - dead weight IMO. I’m much more disappointed that we lost a couple of other players.

He’s a good kid. He would be great in track. Not a natural football player. Many that know football “as you say” have made the same observation - some that played on Nebraska’s dominant 90s teams.

The problem is, he was a burner that Satt only but in for jet sweep and blocking routes. He wasn't a good blocker by any means but some deep burner routes (what he was recruited for) would have been nice to see. I think we shot ourselves in the foot keeping Satt as oc after his first season.

staff would have used him like they used EJ, right? Satterfield's duties (should have been job) was on the line and he kept trotting out slower receivers with brick hands because he can't be wrong in assessing who should start, right?

Rhule gets paid the same win or lose

Has your brother ever been wrong about a player? If not, Rhule could use him in the scouting/player dev departments

Hope you and your families had a wonderful Christmas!

Barney sure made it work though. Hell of a true freshman year. Actual football player is the difference there. Sometimes producing in high school matters, especially when you play in Lincoln, NE.

Malachi is a good kid, wished it would have worked out better for him in Lincoln..

We’ll see how he performs for PJ..
Minnesota has produced a couple decent NFL prospects at WR in recent years. PJ sees some of Coleman's traits and thinks that he's worth a shot-- he'll either be a big hit or a complete bust. Sometimes kids grow up when they get to their second school and start fresh.

Has the jizz filling your jeans dried yet from banks and the WR room this year?

You’re a clueless kumbaya singer. Definition of know-nothing shit pumper.

Are you going to the NICU to laugh at the sick kids this Christmas?

Somebody here is filled with the Christmas spirit!

Yah - I guess.

Having WRs who’ve caught TDs in B1G play is a good thing. We need more than 4 WRs who have shown they can make plays at this level.

My post was a very simple illustration of “proven”.

I’m not surprised the simplest of minds couldn’t track it. They never can. Far too butthurt.
Yeah, Coleman was a proven player in Big 10 play all right. Let it go, Kong. Let it go.

I hope you and your fam have a wonderful holiday season as well. Not just my brother. Think about other guys on those teams. My brother’s kids did go to East - so he did see Coleman many many times. My nephew played with him. My brother (and others) are rooting for the kid. But he doesn’t sugar coat what he speaks of his football prowess.

The dude will forever be hurt. Was always sitting out in HS and so far lots of sitting out in college. He either has some real bad joints or just has no desire to play though the pain.
