Now look at Penn State compared to Nebraska Football. They are beating # 4 Ohio State 13-0, looking like a really good, well coached football team. Not long ago they were stripped of Scholarships and almost got the Death Penalty. Now we play like the team that almost got the Death penalty.

and they were still pullling in top 4 star recruits while on their probation. They've recruited some very good players and it shows. We have not and it shows or at least not nearly enough of them.

Penn State has a built in advantage. There is great HS talent in their area and the folks bleed Nittany Lion blue. Its surreal how die hard they are. Sometimes creepy.
